Return & Refund Polocy

We try to resolve any issues with our customers as quickly as possible. As our products come in different mediums, there can be problems. We return the product subject to the following conditions.

In cases where refunds are given:

1. If the product is broken or damaged, you have to claim it with at least 3 pictures within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. If the product does not match with the product description given on our site

3. If they do not match the size and color. However, it should be noted that due to lighting, resolution, and corner of the monitor, the color may vary by 5% -10% which will not be considered as color difference.

4. No warranty is given for electronic products. However, in the case of these products, if there is a problem related to power/display/charging, then you may have to provide a video with appropriate information. If the supplier changes or refunds then you will get the refunded money. But if the supplier does not refund, we will not have to do anything.

In cases where no return is given

1. If you do not complain within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Don't like the product "or" I don't need the product now 

3. No product is changeable unless there is a problem.

4. Once the product is shipped from the supplier's warehouse, a return is not possible. If you want to return during your stay in the warehouse, you have to pay the cost of returning the goods to the supplier and the shipment cost of

5. If 40 days have elapsed by Buy Air and 90 days by Buy Ship, the condition will be refunded. Refund applications will not be accepted before 40 days / 90 days.

If shipment is late

Shipment time varies according to product size, weight, stock, and customer location. The scheduled time of shipment is mentioned on our product page. Yet no unexpected cause such as; If delivery is not possible within 7-25 days due to natural disasters, epidemics, political issues, etc., we will try to resolve the issue with the customer by explaining the exact reason for the delay. However, if there is a delay in getting the product after the product ordered from our Dhaka Warehouse is out, the condition of refund does not apply.

If the product gets stuck during transit

Since the products have to be brought to the country through customs clearance, sometimes some products may not be directly discounted in this process or the customs authority may have to re-verify.It is not possible for us to know this in advance. In this case, if your product cannot be released, you will be notified by our office and the payable price of your product will be cashback within 2-3 working days.
