We are an online retail marketplace, and these are the terms and conditions that administrate your access and use of "Shopolox.com" along with its related domains, sub-domains & services. Using the Site, you now accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site, which signifies your acceptance of these terms & conditions. If you disagree to be bound by this User Agreement, please do not access, register with, or use this Site. This Site is owned and operated by SHOPOLOX.

Our company has the right to change, modify, add or remove any portions of these terms & conditions at any time with or without any earlier notifications. Those changes will be effective from the time when those are posted on the website. It is highly suggested please that check our Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Shopolox.com is a global retail marketplace where products from global marketplaces such as Alibaba, Aliexpress, Taobao, Tmall, or any other Chinese marketplace can be purchased. From here the customer can purchase any product of his choice with maximum security. We have provided Bangla Taka ( L.C). By converting to Global Currency, we complete the global seller's payment within 24-48 working days through which our service is completed (as a marketplace or media). Therefore, we are conducting our services in compliance with the guidelines laid down by the Bangladesh Bank and the Ministry of Commerce for the acceptance of advance payments and complete delivery of goods or services in accordance with the Digital Commerce Management Guidelines. The customer can ship the goods purchased from his global seller as per his wish (via FedEx, DHL, any other). However, for the convenience of the customer, we also have the facility to bring the product through our own global shipment service. We receive the products ordered from the supplier in our Global Warehouse and bring them to Bangladesh through our own Global Logistics Service - Shipbuilder. In this case, we pay the VAT tax and other charges of Bangladesh Customs without taking any advance from the customers, and the goods are delivered to the customer's doorstep in cash-on-delivery.

Delivery Terms

We deliver some products in closed boxes. We carefully check and ship before each product is shipped to customers. We cannot trial or open the box before the product is completed. However, if a customer unexpectedly finds the wrong product, the customer can claim an exchange, refund, or return for that product and we will be obliged to exchange, refund or return that product. After the products arrive at our Dhaka office, the bill is prepared by measuring their weight. Customers are then called to pay the bill and take their product.

Shopolox.com will not be liable for any damage or breakage, or loss of the product if customers do not pick up their product within ten business days from the date of the call. If a customer wants to take his product after ten working days, he has to pay an additional penalty of 5% for every 08 days on the total shipping charge.

 If the customer does not receive the product within 30 days of being notified, we will try to recover the cost by selling the product. If our costs are not met even after selling the product, the customer will be obliged to pay the remaining amount otherwise, we will have the right to take legal action against him.

Shipping Time

Let's say you have ordered a product that has a delivery time of 15 days; we will count only business or working days. Government and Eid holidays will not be countable.

Unluckily, if your product is lost from our warehouse or we can't deliver within the mentioned date then we can take some more days to find out your product. If we can't find your product, we will refund your deposit money after 45 working days (from the order date) for air shipment only.

Delivery

Normally we are taking partial payment when customers place an order on our website. After receiving the goods in our Dhaka office, we create the final bill and send it to the customer. Customers need to pay their due amount before sending products from our warehouse to their address.

Prohibited product

We do not import some categories of products that are prohibited by the Bangladesh government. If a customer orders any kind of prohibited product, we can cancel the order. We are trying to make a list of all prohibited products.

It is also not mentioned here but we also have restrictions on the import of products that are banned by the Bangladesh government. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the customer's order.

Rules for using your account

To use some of the services on our website, you need to open an account or complete the account with some of your personal information. We reserve the right to cancel your username or password at any time without prior notice, and we are not responsible for any harm or loss you may suffer as a result of this cancellation. It is your responsibility to protect the privacy of your personal information, account information, passwords, etc. If, for any reason, you think someone knows your password or someone wants to use your password in a dishonest way, let us know quickly. Only you or your nominee to whom you provide login information has the right to access your personal information.

 Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate. You need to provide all the information in your account. We reserve the right to revoke your access to our website, cancel your account, change or modify any subject without prior notice. Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the Site shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the sellers on our Site while the payment processing occurs between you, the service provider, and in case of prepayments with electronic cards, your issuer bank. Accordingly, the contract of payment on the Site shall be strictly a bipartite contract between you and the service provider as listed on our Site.

The continued availability of the site

We will do our best to keep the website active, uninterrupted, and error-free. Even then, the site may not always be up and running due to the speed of the internet and the movement of the site. In addition, you may be denied access to the Site for a period of time due to versioning, repairing, maintaining, or adding new services to the Site without prior notice. malicious code, or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Site's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another Customer's computer or mobile device or the Site and use the Site other than in conformance with the acceptable use policies of any connected computer networks, any applicable Internet standards, and any other applicable laws.

Trademarks and copyrights

All property, information, site design, source code, and software are our own resources, whether registered or not. All information on our site is copyrighted in accordance with Bangladesh copyright law and international law, and we are all claimants. All rights are reserved.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Site and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the Site. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers of the products nor hereby expressly disclaim any all responsibility and liability in that regard. State law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the Government of Bangladesh.

Pricing, Availability, and Order Processing

All prices on our site are in Bangladeshi Taka. Your shopping cart always shows the updated prices of all the products. This price may differ from the price shown when you first add the product to your cart. Adding a product to the cart does not mean that the price of that product is reserved. Even the price of a product may not be what you had when you added it to the cart when you bought the product. The price of the product can be more or less. We provide information about the availability of products on our website. Apart from this information, we can no longer provide any specific information about the availability of the product.

In some cases, it is not possible to process an order for various reasons. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

To prevent fraud of any kind, we reserve the right to verify the validity of your payment details and your personal information provided to us before offering your product.
